Ginza Nishikawa’s Premium “Shokupan” Bread is made with alkaline water produced from their original ionizer. Carefully selected ingredients such as flour, butter, whipped cream, condensed milk, and honey are mixed into this specialized water to create the signature taste of the silky soft crust. Each loaf is packed in a nifty paper bag perfect to take home or to hand out as gifts.
